WEEK 1 & 2

Reflection Journal

During this week, Miss Emy made a clear introduction of the course and explained about the course outline and also enlightens the students about Databases and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Miss Emy couldn't explain further due to time constraints and then the topic ERD are to be explained more thoroughly later the next week. (WEEK 3 & 4)

BACK

Miss Emy briefly introduced us the basics of Databases and ERD. It was quite hard to catch at first, but later when Miss Emy explained further, I have understood better and I am eager to learn more about Databases. and also ERD. It is an exciting new experience for me to know deeper about the technology which I have been using almost my entire life and have no idea how it works. But now I know a few fragments of it which is very priceless for me.

We learned the basics and drew a little bit about ERD for better understanding. It consists of Entities, Attributes and Relationships. We learned to differentiate between Entities and Attributes which confused a lot of students before including me. The confusion lasted only for a while after Miss Emy cured it with her special explanation and teaching ability.
